My Story

While working as a Physical Therapist Assistant I was beginning to experience joint pain. That is when I found my answer in nutrition.

This led me to a pursuit of my BS degree in Nutrition Science and my life mission to help other people find solutions to health challenges with nutrition.

and nutrition has somehow become so confusing.

My inspiration

What I have found is that most people want to take better care of themselves, but simply do not know what is right for them and their family. They have tried something they read online or heard from a friend, but they do not see the results they were hoping for. It is a painful thought that they had invested money in something that now has them more confused and discouraged than ever.
